Search Engine Google is being taken to court by a UK businessman for what has been described as " inaccurate, malicious or damaging material on the Internet". This will a first in the UK and if the case does make it to court, could possibly be one of the most important case concerning defamation and the Internet. Furthermore, it will be a real test of both the Defamation Act and EC Directive.
