The Guardian have published two articles regarding Defamation laws in the UK.

Firstly, 'What a tangled web we weave' observes how libel laws are effecting freedom of speech and providing more libel claims for lawyers. In addition, the article looks at the difficult position ISP are in since the introduction Defamation Act 1996. Full Article
