Last year the court of appeal through out libel action brought by Saudi Arabian Yousef Jameel against American publisher Dow Jones because there had been no substantial publication (5 people read the material in the England) in an article that had allegedly defamed Jameel.

Jameel is now appealing before the Law Lords in a case that could have a major impact on newspapers and internet publishers openness to lawsuits from people throughout the world.
